Your trust is important to us and we take privacy and security very seriously. All of our members adhere to a strict code of conduct which forbids the unauthorized disclosure or use of personal information.
WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR INFORMATION OR DATA
We will never share your information with parties outside RT4MN, unless we have explicitly made you aware that we will do so before you give it to us, or unless we are compelled to do so by lawful warrant.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
RT4MN does not collect any data on you unless you have explicitly decided to share it with us.
INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH US
RT4MN maintains services which require us to collect and retain information such as your email address. You have a reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored when using our services.
Contact information shared with RT4MN may be used to send news updates, payment reminders, and occasional solicitations. You can opt out of all reminders and updates by writing to privacy@rt4mn.org.
Many of the services we provide allow users to submit information which will be published publicly, such as public email discussion lists or chat rooms. If you choose to use these services you are creating a public record of information added, removed, and/or altered by you, including information which may identify you.
Some of our services create a temporary session identifier on your computer (“cookies”) that your software uses to prove your authentication state.

DONATIONS
Contact information is requested at the time of a donation. Donor lists are not sold or distributed to third parties.
RT4MN uses these donor lists to send occasional solicitations and news updates. Donors can opt out of contact by contacting privacy@rt4mn.org
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
We do use services for payment processing (stripe) which requires sharing the transaction information with them over a secure connection, under legal agreement that appropriately controls its use and retention.
We may establish similar arrangements with other formally contracted service providers, but always use privacy and security as key criteria when selecting them and only share the data required for the service to function.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
RT4MN has the right to process personal data of EU residents
- Due to their provided consent to RT4MN; or
- In order to conclude an agreement with them and to
fulfill it. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is
Article 6 (1) (a)-(b) of the General Data Protection
Regulation. EU residents under the age of 16 should not
submit their personal data for subscribing to our email
solicitations and we will delete any such data if we
become aware of it. The personal data recipients may be
data processors who provide ancillary services to
RT4MN. RT4MN will store personal data during the term of the
agreement and during the limitation period as defined by
applicable law or until the consent for direct marketing
is revoked. RT4MN undertakes to handle personal data
in compliance with the applicable data protection law,
to ensure the security of the data processed, and to
implement the appropriate technical and organizational
measures for the protection of personal data against
unlawful destruction, accidental change, disclosure and
any unlawful handling. The data subjects are entitled to: - request that RT4MN allows them to access and
correct personal data submitted by them to RT4MN - request that RT4MN erase or limit the processing
of personal data submitted by them and disagree with
the processing of data if such requests are
compatible with the performance of the agreement and
applicable law; - data portability;
- submit a complaint regarding the processing of
personal data to the competent EU data protection
authority.

CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES
RT4MN reserves the right to to change our Terms of Service and privacy policies at any time, and we will attempt to give our users advanced notice before making any changes
All users will be notified once any changes to our Terms of Service and privacy policy take effect
